At 47, My Body Stopped Cooperating.

I was at the top of my game. Double board-certified orthopedic surgeon. Faculty at one of the country's top orthopaedic departments. Head team physician for a Division I football team. Training for triathlons. Running a 7:44 mile at 47.

Then my body changed overnight.

Brain fog. Bone density dropping. Fifteen percent body fat appearing seemingly without reason. Weakness I'd never experienced. Joint pain. The day I couldn't move a patient on the operating table — something I'd done a thousand times alone — I knew something was seriously wrong.

I was in perimenopause. And medicine had almost nothing to offer me.

So I went deep into the research, rebuilt every protocol from the ground up, and lived it myself.

What I discovered changed everything. The timebombs of aging — bone loss, muscle loss, metabolic shift — are real. But they are not inevitable. They are modifiable. They are preventable. They can be reversed.
